Our Therapy Will Work

The Lesson Structure:

Here’s how I structure our work together so that you can be WELL, without the costs that so often come from recovering.

  • 1.

    We schedule a free 20-minute consultation.

This will help you understand how the services work, and if I’m the right fit for you.

  • 2.

    If the services are a right fit for you, we will schedule the initial intake.

 I will provide a warm and non-judgmental space to help you will feel as comfortable as possible when sharing your struggles with me. Hearing your story will help me understand what your challenges are.

  • 3.

    We will polish up all those strengths you have, that you might take for granted.

We’ll come to understand how those underlying assumptions in different areas affect your life.

  • 4.

    We are going to ensure that you have a solid base.

Including lots of coping skills so that as we identify key past painful experiences, you are steady, stable, and supported.

You’ll find that not only are you able to have healthier, more fulfilling relationships, you'll also find that symptoms that you may have thought were part of "you," like anxiety, low mood, and sleep issues, begin to lift too.
