The Lesson Structure:
Here’s how I structure our work together so that you can be WELL, without the costs that so often come from recovering.

I will provide a warm and non-judgmental space to help you will feel as comfortable as possible when sharing your struggles with me. Hearing your story will help me understand what your challenges are.

Including lots of coping skills so that as we identify key past painful experiences, you are steady, stable, and supported.
You’ll find that not only are you able to have healthier, more fulfilling relationships, you'll also find that symptoms that you may have thought were part of "you," like anxiety, low mood, and sleep issues, begin to lift too.
